Booking & Payment**  - All bookings must be made through our website or via direct communication.  - Full payment must be made in advance unless a the invoice option is selected at the time of booking.  - We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not received before the scheduled inspection.  - We accept no liability for losses or claims arising from delayed or incomplete payments.  ## **4. Cancellations & Refunds**  - Cancellations made at least **48 hours** before the scheduled inspection will receive a full refund.  - Cancellations within **48 hours** of the scheduled inspection may be subject to a **partial or full charge** at our discretion.  - If we are unable to complete an inspection due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., denied property access, extreme weather, or emergencies), we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.  - Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to **10 business days** to be completed. ## **5. Inspection Limitations & Liability Disclaimer**  - Our inspections are **non-invasive and non-intrusive**, based on **visual assessments only**.  - We do not move furniture, lift flooring, or undertake destructive testing.  - Our reports reflect the property's condition **at the time of inspection** and may not identify concealed defects, latent issues, or future risks.  - We do not provide valuations, legal advice, or mortgage suitability assessments.  ### **Limitation of Liability**  - We are **not liable** for any **financial loss, property damage, legal claims, or third-party actions** resulting from the use of our inspection reports.  - Our liability for any claims arising from our services shall be **limited to the total amount paid for the inspection**.  - We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of business, reputation, or profits.  - Clients are responsible for conducting their own independent investigations beyond our report findings.  ## **6.
